There are 30 outdoor parking spaces available within the community. Each unit without a garage (15 in total) is assigned one outdoor space, marked as RESERVED. The other 15 outdoor spaces, marked as OPEN, are available for use by condo owners/occupants and their guests. Units with garages are not assigned outdoor spaces as they already have two reserved spaces (their interior garage space plus the outdoor garage parking pad).

Owners and residents may also park in non-restricted areas of the King Farm Village Center parking lot just behind our buildings or they can obtain a Rockville Parking Permit to park on streets within parking zone F in the King Farm community.
